Online vendor registration is a quick and easy way to allow businesses to receive email notification of upcoming solicitations based on categories as selected by the vendor. Registration is not a prerequisite for submitting a bid response; it is a convenience for those wishing to do business with the County of Cole. It is the responsibility of each business to maintain current information on their vendor profile. The County will not be responsible for undeliverable email notifications and retains the right to purge any vendor with an invalid email address from the system. Addenda may be issued at any time subsequent to the publishing of a solicitation. Parties interested in doing business with Cole County are responsible for assuring that their submittals incorporate all published addenda. Vendors may sign up to receive email notification of addenda on a bid-by-bid basis by registering on the main page of any open bid.
